About Medspalogy Institute

Medspalogy Institute was founded in 2021 by Matt Azulay-LaFever, MSN, NP-C, an experienced Nurse Practitioner, medical aesthetics provider, educator, and President of H2T Skin & Laser Center.

With nearly three decades in healthcare and more than a decade dedicated to medical aesthetics, Matt created Medspalogy Institute to provide healthcare professionals with practical, clinically relevant education designed for the real-world practice of aesthetic medicine.

Since 2014, Matt has trained and educated nurses and other medical professionals in aesthetic procedures, laser and light-based technologies, patient safety, and the fundamentals of building a successful medical aesthetics practice.

At Medspalogy Institute, education goes beyond learning how to operate a device or perform a procedure. Our courses emphasize clinical knowledge, safety, proper patient selection, treatment principles, and professional confidence.
