What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be received in writing by email at info@medspalogyedu.com at least 7 days before the start of the training course. Cancellations received at least 7 days in advance are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.Cancellations received within 7 days of the course are nonrefundable. However, with at least 24 hours’ notice, the registration fee may be transferred to another available course date within one year of the original class date.Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Any unused transfer credit expires one year from the original class date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
